There is some serious Giant love happening in the IHW house tonight.
I treated myself for Christmas with a couple of days away with Adam Kemp, and it’s been a great life experience for the giant one, longer trip in trailer, staying away from home, first time indoors and also working with others around him.
First day he was a bit ‘eyes on stalks’ but to be fair knuckled down reasonably quickly . Second day he came out like an old pro!
I’ve been severely chastised for saying his original intention was to sell him as a hunter!! He is just so athletic and good in his brain, we will definitely run him on for a year and then reassess.
Some video, obviously a lot to work on - mostly getting a more open frame and him over his back, will come in time with better balance I’m sure. Canter is still in development

He’s pretty cool. And so far, remarkably un-Welsh!!
Today the giant gave lead rein pony rides to an 8yo, he is worth his weight in gold.
