It's an incredible amount of work too. I have seen more than one yard falter after a year or three due to ym/yo starting a livery yard thinking they could mostly play ponies and it turns out it's mostly maintenance and chores and ends up more expensive than initially thought.

I'm not going to take this any further. My heart is just not in it after the weekend.
I'll keep the office job and leave diving back in to the horse world at the deep end to someone else. Happy to keep paddling around at the shallow end and dipping my toes as and when.
