Otto is back and intact! The x-rays showed the blades were safely incased in poo and were next in the queue to come out, so the Vet has given him an enema and we are still on Poo Watch
HOWEVER!!!
The Vet wasn't sure he could make out two blades when he x-rayed his bowels, so he had to x-ray the rest of him, just to make sure they weren't lodged somewhere.....
OH nearly died when the Practice Manager told him to the total bill!! Thank god he is insured and we will be getting it back!
He would have proably passed it this morning if I had given him a bit more time, but I went into Dog Owner Panic
I just have to think if I had waited and it had turned out they were stuck somewhere.
I now have a very dopey dog (do you think we could sedate him all he time?
) who hasn't a clue what he's doing!
Thank you for all the crossed fingers
(And apologies for any spelling mistakes, Otto has now fallen asleep on my arm and I haven't the heart to move him
