Oh no, Caroline and Blake had a 20 I believe that’s their first jump penalty on XC, or at least one of few. I thought they looked great, maybe a bit conservative speed-wise but better safe than sorry.

I think we were all spoiled by Julia going first! So far so good and now onto Tom and Dubs!

Blake was started in Ireland by Mary mangan (Jimmy mangan’s wife as in trained Monty’s pass to win the national), he was placed in the Irish equivalent of the BYEH final in Dublin Horse Show. She always has a nice youngster to bring on, gets it out a bit and then sells. I recommended the horse to someone over here but he wasn’t ‘quality’ enough!
