Hi all, I have recently brought a new horse who is turned out in a herd and I have decided to boot him up when turned out to try and prevent any injuries occurring, only problem is.. He has 3 stockings and now has sore legs where his boots have been running! I started by putting bandages on under the boots which prevented the rubbing from the boots but is making his legs sore due to the build up of heat etc under the bandages. I brought some tubigrip which is thinner and didn't get hot and irritating but slips! So I'm now back to square one! Does anyone have any tips or recommendations for solid turn out boots (not the material type).
Thanks in advance!
