I'm too fat.
I'm a size 22-24, and there's no way any riding school would let me sit on any of their horses. I had a really bad year last year, lots of stress and ate far too much junk.
So this year, I'm going to be working on shifting some of the lard, and getting fitter. I really need to stop snacking so much. (Saying that, today I've been good.)
Anyone else looking to lose some weight this year? What are your exercise plans? I'm a bit limited to what I can do because I have a bad ankle, but I'm going to be aiming for a 15-20 min walk every day for a month, then gradually build up to give my ankle time to adjust. I also have a exercise bike that I'm going to be using.
Sorry, kinda random, whiny post but I was watching some vids of a friend riding and it just hit me hard.
