Thought I'd start the roll call :)

I'm off to Offchurch for an Unaffiliated ODE tomorrow - really looking forward to it. Just hope we don't have the nightmare like our last event of actually getting near the start!!

Good luck whatever you and your four legged friends are doing

I'm eventing too at long last! Ivesley unaffiliated. Despite the long wait I don't feel particularly well prepared so trying to look at it as a schooling round rather than a competition.
Good luck everyone competing and training.

All being well Skylla should do her second attempt at this showing lark tomorrow!

Doodle is back on field rest with a lumpybutt from a massive haematoma, not sure who's been picking on her but have my suspicions that Skylla may be not backing down to her anymore, as she was the only one Doodle could boss...

Topaz is on hacking duties and may go to the show with my mum :).

Super good luck for your ODE!

Good Luck to all those out competing!

We are doing U/A DTM early tomorrow morning at a lovely venue, our second ever attempt at this ! Am slightly worried we are not as prepared as I would like to be, so will treat it all as a learning experience, then on Sunday have been invited to a friendly, low key little one day event kindly organised by some lovely friends, so that should be fun.

Quiet one here too, hopefully getting Mike up to a local gallop - he needs to learn to stretch out and gallop. Plus need to get some jumping in - was hoping to make it to a show but nothing on locally. We've got RC regional SJ coming up and haven't got enough match practice in.

Going to Weston Lawns tomorrow after our come back last week after his rehab from injury. We did two clear rounds - clear and I was delighted with him. I wanted to do a class but when I asked the secretary she said it was likely that the fillers were going to be moved under the jump for the first class so I did two clear rounds instead! There were a couple of fillers I knew he would look at and as I went on my own and he is so very spooky - I didn't want another fall and not to be able to get back home! So I did two clear rounds instead.

Tomorrow other half coming with me so I will be doing one clear round and the first class but won't be rushing around the jump off - I just want a nice double clear try telling that to Bailey though! He gets carried away after the first seven or eight jumps. :D

Good luck to everyone competing.

Just hacking this weekend and hopefully moving ponies to new yard at some point - every time I plan a date, something comes up so I have stopped expecting anything to happen.

Also need to do entries for a dressage comp next weekend.

Simple changes bootcamp this weekend for Kira, as she's got 2 elementaries on Tuesday and needs to man up a bit ;)

Millie is getting her shoes back on tomorrow so she can start pottering along the lanes a bit. Vet visit wasn't the most optimistic yesterday so it's make or break time

Young eventer at Calmsden Saturday morning then practicing prepping foal for show in afternoon.

Sunday happy hacking the eventers in morning then got to do VAT return (yawn) in the afternoon. Such an exciting life :(

Had a little school this morning before her jabs. Now going to bake some cupcakes because what else do you do on a Friday afternoon?
Tomorrow out down Brighton with some friends and possibly Hickstead on Sunday to support a load of friends in the riding club. And spend money on more stuff I think my horse needs.
Good luck everyone who is competing :)

Oh no hope it all goes ok for Millie.

Probably not riding tomorrow but a change of pace on Sunday as we're off on a sponsored ride. Mid week rain and then nice weather forecast, hopefully the ground will be spot on!

I hope everyone enjoys themselves :).

Fingers crossed for Millie.

M is still off games and my horse search isn't having much luck. I'll be booking flights to Germany if I don't find something over here soon.

I've had a great weekend ! Took my homebred 4yo to our first clinic. She was better than expected, quite chilled a first. Although did an amazing impression of a giraffe. She did everything I asked. Only issue was she didn't want to come home at first. Really chuffed . Her brother went jumping on Friday and got a lovely DC too. Off to watch some BE at cholmondley tomorrow

Good luck everyone!

Only lunged my horse today as was running out of time and feeling ill. Will ride him tomorrow morning and see how he is.

Lived a dream today... got a sub 20 dressage!! 19.8!!

But just couldn't get him near the xc collecting ring so had to withdraw :( at a wits end now. Starting to really knock my confidence

Beyond delighted with my boy at Calmsden BE80 today... Seventh place :) our first BE rosette!

That's brilliant Michen, well done.

That's a real shame mrsh2010, especially after that fantastic dressage score. Sorry I've not got any advice to offer, but I know how you are feeling xx
