is it just me or has MrsElle now got a new horse called Daisy too or am i thinking of someone else? if im right could it be in reference to her or ellie?

god i have no idea why im doing this
 
I think i have a lot to learn on this forum.. when i first read the post i kind of felt sorry for her. But now - god i think i am tired - it has got to have something to do with Jordan Ross surely?? Or am i going mad? Some people really need to find better things to do with their time then put these kind of posts on here!

Just a thought as Featherpower is reading all MrsElles posts when I look under who is online? Loan horse with probs in past that she was offered to buy? Just a thought. Really must go to bed now!! I getting too curious now!
 
right i am now 99.9% sure i know who this is about and what horse this is about, now i think there has been some over exaggeration on the OPs part on what has actually been said hmmph
 
The OP is not Jordan. I now know who she is on about. The horse in question is very well looked after in my opinion. The new owner looks to be doing the best for the horse. If the OP is so concerned for her welfare, why did she sell her aged 27?????

Also, I have now worked out what the other horse is that she is on about. The OP sold Chad to the owner of Ellie, and she has said that his teeth haven't been checked for 4 years.
OP has sour grapes, me thinks. Sounds like the horses are better off in their new homes.

No, that's still not right. Man, I'm confused. So Chad has gone back to the OP, so who didn't get his teeth done???
 
right. I am not suggesting the horse is not looked after, quite the oppostie as you would see if you had actually read this properly. My concern is that things have been voiced on this forum and not to me - which I think I had a right to know before the transaction went ahead. i KNOW how well she is looked after, but to come onto a new forum to ask about vaccinations and then see posts with my horses names in it - and one detailing worries that one might be at the end of her days - do you not think I had a right to know about this in person before anything happened, rather than a week later on a massive online forum?

to read that your own horse is possibly on the way out is really really upsetting, especially when you are under the impression that everything is fine and that this was written prior to any agreements being finalised! Surely this must be understood!

I think her new owner is wonderful and have never thought anything bad of her, expect I now feel a little hurt that all these conversations were not had with me directly and obviously worry for my old horse - this is natural surely?!

For the record I tried to keep this under control and just asked for general advice!

tbh the OP made it sounds as if she has really been victimised whereas i fail to see where anything personal has actually been said all i see is a story being explained honestly and openly, no personal attacks or insults :s i think someone is a tad touchy

ETS: Featherpower if you wanted this to stay undercover you shouldnt have mentioned it in the first place, we are detectives on here. and for what its worth, why is it your place to know? if you were not the person who the mare was bought directly from then i fail to see where you come into play unfortunately, i would always inform the previous owner of my boys if anything were to happen (touch wood it wont) but i wouldnt chase up the previous x 2 owner i have to admit. count yourself lucky you know at all

I think you need to read things carefully before you post, which you clearly are not doing. I am his owner and bought him in March this year - his PREVIOUS owner had him for 4 years and had not had him seen, hence why I was upset and naturally wanted to give an update as I know that this horse was very special to her.

You did come on here and play the hard done by person though. I really can't see that Ellies' owner has made any bad comments about you at all. If you have signed Ellie over, as the love of your life, at aged 27 to another person, then I think it's you who need to get a reality check. If the horse now belongs to the other person, then you have no right to any say in the matter, sorry.
 
Ellie = my horse
Chad = my horse (bought march this year, immediately loaned out)

both on loan to lady. would not sell Chad, asked to take him back as new horse bought by lady. arrangment made with lady to have Ellie permenantly. All fine until I get on here tonight and find out that my horse might have lost the will to live and a load of other stuff I was not aware of. This is why I am upset and hopefully will get to the bottom of tomorrow
 
well Featherpower what you have just said does not add up.

it clearly says in the post in question that they LOANED chad in march, and he his now back with his owners am i correct? now unless you are the PREVIOUS owner who would seemingly have NOT cared for his teeth etc how on earth is this directed at you and offensive?

very confused yet again, anyway if you are the owner who loaned to mrselle id be careful how you do things, IMHO a phone call wouldve ben much more dignified

ETS: ditto what lhotse said, at 27 why on earth would you see it fit to 'give up' the love of your life? i wouldnt call that the love of your life horsewise
 
I am sorry for suspecting you were a troll. I apologise profusely for my flippant posts.

Hopefully you can sort things out now. I agree, you should have been informed first if the horse is on loan.

Sometimes, when read by someone who is not involved in a situation they see things in a different light, more objectively, from both sides.

Thank you - this is all I was trying to say without actually dragging people into it online, which makes me as bad as her for posting stuff in the first place. I guess we are equal. I just hope my (now hers) horse is ok and that I can actually use this forum without things I could not comment on previously, being held against me.

Everyone see things differently and I now totally understand where she was coming from through all this and how upsetting it must have been for her, but this was based on a massive misunderstanding, which could have been avoided. But, as a result a massive chain of events have happened and led us to this point, me crying into a shandy at 1 in the morning!
 
Can you just clarify - you own Chad and Mrs Elle loaned him but doesn't any more? You used to own Daisy but Mrs Elle owns her now and it was her post you referred to originally?

I know its late but I can't see where she has said anything detrimental or derogatory.

To stop all the speculation can you just tell us what exactly was said that worried you so much and then we can tell you if it was worth worrying about. Reading posts, can't see anything obvious.

I really am going to go to bed ... in a minute ...
