Just generally interested, no reason why just wanted to compare work loads, breeds etc to feeding
27yro 13.3hh cob type in rest/light work. Winter feed: two mugs of CW pony nuts and 1 / 1 1/2 CW alfalfa chaff and Global Herbs Movefree if he drops weight then fast fibre is added. Summer feed: air/a little cherry show shine chaff.
7yro 15.00hh welsh d in light work. Winter feed: 3 mugs of CW pony nuts or Baileys Conditioning Cubes, and about 1 1/2 - 2 scoops of CW alfalfa chaff. Summer feed will probably be cherry show shine chaff and a mug or two of baileys conditioning cubes.
They both live out 24/7 currently and have hay. (Stables being built May time eek)
