What do you work as/whats your job

I'm a computer programmer for the NHS, and also have a 1 year old daughter so time is really stretched at the moment.

I keep my horse on assisted DIY. They do him Monday, I work from home Tuesday and go up to the stable during a 2hr lunch break. I do him before work Wednesdays and Thursdays and currently have Fridays off work so I get to hack out Fridays and Sundays (return to work following maternity).
 
I work 9-5 for an insurance company as a sales associate... Hate it :mad:
Due to being moved office, mine are only seen once a day at the mo after work. In winter the mother does them in the morning for me :D I did have 3, but will hopefully be down to 2 over the winter, as the big one is going out on loan :(
I do sometimes have to stay away for a few days, usually exeter or brizzle, but again, the wonderful mother helps out :)
 
I'm A&E Ambulance Crew. All sorts of weird shifts. Dave's on a wee DIY yard with a brilliant YO who turns out/brings in/feeds him for me when I'm not there, and treats him like one of her own. I'm up once a day when on shift to give him a hug and groom/muck out etc, on my days off I go up both morning and night and give a hand round the yard to make up for when I'm not there.

A reborn baby doll is a doll that looks and feels exactly like a real baby. They are very popular, although they do creep a lot of people out too! Some of the dolls I make are replica's of someones child as a baby, or even babies that have passed.
 
I work in insurance (*runs and hides*)

I work for a Lloyd's syndicate, doing a bit of work as claims administrator and a bit as bloodstock claims adjuster.

I work 9-5 but as have to commute to London I leave the flat at 7 and get back about half 6. I share a horse. Very hard to get motivated in the winter and having to do everything in the dark!
 
Student, just about to go into the final year of my degree studying Equine Business Management, and hoping to go on to do my accountancy training, or into HR.
 
I am a clinical research associate, working for a pharma company.I work from home, but a few days a week I will be out visiting the hospitals I am assigned to. I love it :-)
 
where to start!! monday mornings (8-12) and Fridays (8-5) i work at my yard so can do teh horses then on a friday i ride during the working day and dont ride on a monday. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings (8-11) i work for a young rider, showjumper. and on a saturday evening i work 6hours 6pm-midnight at a big Tesco store which i hate with a passion! i then fill in the rest of my week with overtime from tesco and working for the local gov. doing admin work and filing! i just go in when i want and work for as long as i want which is great! its pretty good really as can work around farrier visits i can work as much as i like and earn more money or when it suits i can just work my basic ammounts at the two yards and spend time with the horses - it sucks working saturdays but i have enough time between the two jobs to play with the ponies and it means i have no scheduled work on a wednesday so can do whatever i like! the horse lives out so do her between work and mum does her on a tuesday or thursday if im working which is very helpful! at somepoint though i will have to enter the real world and get a proper job - hopefully nt too soon though!!
 
I am a full time student studying Civil Engineering. I love it...it just clicks with me.
At weekends I work as a supervisor in a cafe; I am nominally in charge although there are only 4 of us max in at any one time so it's not onerous, I prep and cook soups, sandwiches, paninis, platters etc and I do any baking that needs done (always scones, then usually something like a gluten free swiss roll because that sells well regardless of being gluten free and it means we always have something gluten free on the cake stand.)
I love my course and I love my job. I intend, in the future to become a chartered structural engineer and at some point I would like to do a postgrad study in Earthquake Design. I also intend to move to the US and make the most of my opportunities...hopefully. Plenty plans but we'll just have to see where we get with them.
 
everyone has such interesting/important jobs!

im 17, would love to get into fundraising or events management so if anyone has a job related to that I would love to hear from you for some advice! :)
 
I run a small magazine publishing company, and in my spare time I make dog biscuits and sell them at farmers markets and dog shows.

I don't currently have a horse. I work long hours but being my own boss does mean I am flexible when it comes to riding though. :)
 
Im a trainee dairy technologist ;)

essentially I work for the biggest dairy in the UK and I'm being trained in everything, from process to packaging and despatch. And the lab work, product development and improvement and business side in between.

Safe to say I love my job!! (used to be a waitress...)
 
Work as a Development Chef at a well known Chefs Restaurant.Love it lots of food tasting and trying out new recipes and sauces..My boss is very rarely around as all over the place filming/writing.I only work part time so lots of time to spend with my two horses.My only bugbear is that i work weekends.
 
I work in domestic violence support services, local government. Job ranges from admin work to supporting people at court etc, working closely with other agencies such as the Police. Hard work but rewarding
 
I run my own business with other half, providing horses, costumes, weapons, etc. for film, TV and live historical recreations and displays. About 30% horse related, the rest is research and making stuff from all historical time periods. And STILL don't get anough time for the horses.....
