I was just wondering what eveyones dreams or aspirations were?

I am sure to a lot of people my ultimate dream is rather silly but one day i hope to go to a little local show and ride a gorgeous draft or hairy cob and wear a smart tweed jacket and tie :D:D

I dont even dream of getting 1st, it would just be amazing to have a go instead of being the person on the other side of the fence watching!

So whats your dream or what was your dream that came true?:)

This is my utter utter (nevergonnahappenbutahwell) dream would be to produce my own showjumper and have a professional top rider turn round and just say "thats a nice horse that."

That's all.

Yours is a lovely dream I hope you achieve it one day soon!! If I had either of those and a suitable horse I would help you out

dreams and goals for me are two different things

Goal is to compete the whole winter season at unaffil SJ and DR and to win the end of year trophies:D

then my goal will be to do the same at the summer shows :D

Dream main one would be both horse and me to be fit and healthy enough to compete for the next 10 years (if I could secure this one) along side it ..... would be to compete at Scope and compete at Advanced Med dr (neither of these will ever happen, hence dreams)

From age nine mine was just to have a horse! Eventually I just thought 'why am i not doing this?' and I couldn't actually think of any reasons not to so I got my Big Man.
I'm the least ambitious rider ever i think but I would love to gallop him along the beach - that's my new dream!

I'm with you Emilieu - I dream about galloping my own horses on the beach. Bearing in mind I live in South Wales, so am no more than twenty minutes away from some fabulous horsey beaches, it could be feasible.

My goal is to turn my currently nappy mare into a horse I can go on a hack with and not have any incidents.

My dream is to compete her at affiliated elementary dressage. I've only ever managed to get to novice with my previous horses so would love to go that step further, and I know this horse can do it, if she can sort her dizzy little head out!

My dream is to be able to go for a lovely hack "western stylee" with my husband on Alfie and Summer (my 2 year olds). I would also like to own a horsebox one day that is capable of transporting Rosie with another horse! As she is such a mamoth I would need a HGV, neither of which hubby and I have the licence for :(

More side-saddle lessons and a week at one of those places in Spain or Portugal that does classical riding tuition.

And to ride a thoroughbred. And maybe go bloodhound hunting on some kind of equine sofa.

I'm about the same distance to the Ayrshire coast so it should be achievable but the thought of taking him off the yard at the minute scares the beejeezus out of me! :D Maybe next year...

I aim to produce the youngsters my mum breeds up to 1* eventing, 1.20m BSJA and sell them on.
My own horse I would like to do endurance, let trec, working equitation, 1* and BSJA :)

My dream would be for my present boy to become sound and do all of the above, but that's never going to happen :(

My big dream at the moment is just to have a second horse! :)
But with having a baby, just going back to work, and planning a second baby in a years time, money and time doesn't allow it for awhile! :(

I wanted a horse. I got one.
I wanted a lorry. I got one.
I wanted to event. I never managed that.
I wanted to ride round Chatsworth. I made it this year. :)

The next one? I think it's to ride my own horse around the Welsh mountains where I used to go on riding holidays. The stables have shut down but I expect it is still possible as long as the mountains are still there.

Goal - Just to make progress. When I got back into horses again I went out and won at 80cm WH and SJ. Now the thought of that scares me witless. I just seem to get worse and worse each year.

Dream - to do BE (80) T classes next year... or the year after... oss is only 6 so reckon I've got some time (but then again I'm no spring chicken)

Well my dream would be to do Badminton or Burghley 4*!!!!!!

My goals would be to get Jem competitng at Novice, and aim her for 1* next season. With Harry I would like a successful start to his eventing career, and fingers crossed he will be a horse to get a little closer to said dream above!!!!! At the moment actually getting to a 2* would be nice, I had one all planned for Murphy, then he injured himself!!!!!

I'm living the dream!
My dream was to have a nice horse to produce myself that was good enough to do whatever I fancy in any sphere.

I have that now after a few years of trying to find the right horse :D.

I've had him 18 months, he was 4 and now he's 6 and we are having fun doing BE80's, RC clinics, unaff showjumping and low level BD.

I have no grand plans other then I must be enjoying it!! It is SO lovely having a horse that I can go to a 3ft3 clinic on and know he will jump what is asked and not be shown up or be the difficult one that keeps making mistakes.

We will carry on in our own merry way and she what we will achieve over the coming years, it might be a lot of it might be more of the same who knows but I'm having so much fun enjoying a horse who loves his job dressage or jumping :).

A dream I do have is too have a baby one day and lead him or her up a quiet country lane on a little ride on their pony. Sounds a bit cheesy but I'm looking forward to doing things like that, that's a nice dream to have I think :).

Plenty of little goals to meet my big goal of british eventing starting at BE90 and seeing how far can go.

Ultimate dream - to have the horse that would be capable of this. Working on this one...
