Red is currently on equilibra with her handful of alpha a and i also use feedmarks fly formula (garlic, spearmint, other mint and a load of other herbs, but cant remember what off the top of my head!) BUT I dont like the equilibra as much as blue chip (bought equilibra this time cos its £10 a bag cheaper!) her skin isnt as good now. To be fair, she was on the feedmark skin suppliment (equidermis?) as well cos shes prone to mud fever and rainscald at random times, so wether its the stopping that which has made her not look so good rather than the equilibra I couldnt really say.
Am changing her again at the end of this bag though - having heard such good things about the codlivine range, Ive just bought a tub of the super codlivine (the normal one!). When she gets nearer foaling she will go on either suregrow or back on blue chip - it depends what the stud she goes to foal down at is feeding. When the weather starts to turn she will go back on think mud (providing its ok for broodmares, but Im pretty sure it is,just havent checked!) of all the suppliments I have ever given her - thats the one that I am most careful not to run out of - its brilliant stuff !!!
They also have a saracen paddock lick - but they only get licks occasionally so dont tend to count them !!
