When and how do you decide enough is enough?

Wow, yeay, that's really good news. The good thing about Leahurst is that it is a research hospital thanks to the University of Liverpool and they are probably more up to date with new drugs, techniques etc than ordinary equine clinics. They are also willing to try! My horse wouldn't have made it without them. You have nothing whatsoever to lose, the situation can't get any worse, so think positive and cross all your fingers and toes. Ah, these Welshies, they do like to put us through the wringer, don't they?
