Where are all the comp reports?! Mine is too boring to post

is anyone interested in polo? have been wondering whether to post a report on a uni polo tournament from this weekend

absolutely! I spent a day having lessons and it was one of the best horsey days I ever had. I am thinking about doing it again as my 30th birthday party :)

Maybe we should have a week/weekend round up thread (along the lines of the weekend plans) would be nice for people to tell their successes (or failures in my case :D) It would mean that people who want to do reports can do so without worrying about it disappearing without being seen.

No harm in trying. Although I probably won't remember to do it as I am such a hopeless chaotic person and I don't go out anything approaching every weekend!
 
Yes please!! I loved playing polo at university (the tiny bit that I could) and was hoping to do it this year as a postgraduate (several years after I graduated first time round!) but sadly just don't have the time. Enjoy it while you can, and please tell us about it so we can enjoy it too!
 
Thank you! I do really love him - despite making me work very hard indeed! I hope to keep him for another few years before I sell him on to someone who can enjoy him as an allrounder, but it may be that full time work will force a very sad sale sooner :-( Fingers crossed I can live the dream for at least a little bit longer!!

Horse/life/family/career/time/finance balance is all too tough..

Shall enjoy him whilst I can!!

Mine was eventful, riding club SJ qualifier, 4 faults first round but i had a tumble off (think cannonball thru fence) in the warm up before my second round, as they called my number, got back up quick, he jumped fab again but we dropped a pole again, fab bruises, visit to the dentist and a sore couple of days to show for it! And my husband can't believe I call this fun lol
