Its not snotty but unfortunately if someone doesn't take the trouble to get someone to proof read their add it makes you wonder if they're sloppy in the job.
Yes, learning difficulties or Dyslexia would also put me off employing them as busy yards with onerous health and safety requirements are hazadous places and anyone needing extra support I wouldn't have the time to devote to them.
If however I had a couple of horses privately then yes that would be fine.
As the mother of a wonderful young man with learning difficulties, your stance on equal opportunity employment saddens me greatly
My son has a 15% chance of being in full time employment when he comes of age - yet his is very intelligent and willing to work
Albert Einstein, Agatha Christie, Cher, Alexander Bell, Danny Glover, Hans Christian Anderson, Henry Winkler, Jackie Stewart OBE, Leonardo Da Vinci, Thomas Edison, Tom Cruise, Walt Disney, Whoopi Goldberg, Winston Churchill, Richard Branson, Orlando Bloom, Stephen J Cannell......
....and countless other successful people all suffer/suffered with dyslexia (and some had autism too)
