Haven't lost a welly as of yet but mud has made its way into my muckers. But hey that's what swinging on gates is for!

I haven't ridden in over a month due to being at university. (poor pony.) The weather back home is so terrible though. Managed to have a walk down the lane today but was really hoping to do some more seeing as I'm home for the xmas hols.

Lots of schooling and pole work are a good idea just bringing her back to basics :)

My horse tends to have fairly weepy eyes, I usually let a cup of tea cool down and use cotton wool to wipes around his eyes. Works really quickly. :)

we've got so much mud it hasn't had a chance to freeze.

I'm really surprised that not more people have commented on the mud. I'm based in Essex and it's been appalling this year!
