HELP! My boy will be in his full neck rug again soon. It rubbed part of his mane out last year and it's back at a decent length again and don't want the same thing to happen again this year. Anyone have any suggestions to stop this happening or recommendations on lycra neck covers? if a neck...

No stress, he's been with me 10 months now and is settled with my other 2 boys. He's such a laid back boy. Hopefully it is just hiccups, if I hear it again or it becomes more regular I'll get the vet out. Thanks for your replies x

My yearling today made a noise similar to a windsucking noise but he wasn't windsucking, he was standing next to me. He only done it twice and he's never done it before. Anyone experienced this before?

I have a fenced off section of my field where the main gate is to park my car right at the field. I also fenced off a section at the gate where I tie up, tack up, feed, groom etc. I have a lovely couple who's house is next to my field that let me run a hose from there exterior garden tap to fill...

Looking for recommendations for a field lick for joints/mobility I can put out for my 17 year horse, he's in good health, loves running around the field and is hacked out regularly. He's not getting any food to add supplements in and am only really looking as when stretching his legs before...

At the moment he's an unregistered part bred as there was confusion with the wpcs and a form submitted by his breeder. We'll be doing youngstock classes and part bred youngstock classes only

Showing my part bred m&m in youngstock inhand classes. What's best to wear on my head, tweed flat cap or black velvet riding hat? Will be wearing either tweed jacket or waistcoat depending on weather on the day.

Thanks everyone, will look into it a bit more and weigh options up. Biggest problem I think is dealing with my field and the neighboring field not being dealt with
