Why do people add additional magnesium to their feeds?

I'm currently feeding it with linseed and horse looks fantastic but am wondering if needs more to support feet

Does anyone feed pure feed as a diet for barefoot horses? if so do you feed it on it's own or do you add anything to it? I'm thinking of forage plus or pro earth balancers to it? or is the feed complete as it is?

Has anyone who's horse is normally quiet but becoming excitable during bad weather put them on a calmer to get through the bad weather? did it make any difference?

Has anyone had this done to their horse? Why did you have it done? Was it the physio who did it or someone else ? Did you notice a difference afterwards? Thanks

I'm looking around for a horse to buy and was wondering how to go about paying for it? Does it make a difference how much it costs? £1k, £5k, £10k? Cash, cheque, bankers draft, another method, PayPal? Just curious so I can be prepared when I find the right one! Thanks
