Iv just got a horse with sarcoids, they developed over a 12 month period before they fell of. (He is on sarcex supplement and we used an odd old wifes tail to help them drop off).
Sarcoids can be unpredictable and start to grow even after staying small for years. Have you or are you treating...
I am 27 years old and have only just got myself a horse who is able to allow me to start jumping lol.
I have ridden all my life and can count on two hands how many times iv jumped up until I got my new horse :) just take things slowly and see how you feel. Jumping is not for everyone either...
We certainly needed this rain I must say.
Put my two boys out for an hour this morning and one has come in with a cut on his leg due to them all running round like idiots! I think maybe the grass has turned to rocket fuel and the wind wasnt helpful when trying to calmly bring in haha!
Also had...
Unfortunately my lad had steroid injections about every 5 months as they wore of way to quickly (Some horses only need an injection every 12/18 months but franks only lasted 5) :( Truthfully I cant remember which steroid he was on.
Its just a matter of patience and seeing what works best for...

I didn't even know they offered full livery at Boldheath? Thought it was just a riding school?
The outdoor arenas are fab but the indoor surfaces leave a lot to be desired unfortunately.
I have also seen young girls leading upwards of 5 horses each all at once to the fields......pretty sure...
Yes it does unfortunately and a horse with such a big shoulder is only going to struggle to work correctly through its back when the back end is so weak.
It has just rained here but only for about 5 minutes. Trouble is that the ground is that hard that quick shower is just running straight back off the fields.....
Your reins should never get long enough to become washing lines when trying to encourage him to stretch. You always want to have a good contact down the rein. Try widening and lowing the hands whilst slowly lengthening the reins but still keeping a good contact.
I have a new horse at the...
I think at 5'2 its more about what you feel happy on. You are neither very tall nor very heavy so I wouldn't really say there was anything you should avoid.
Like already said at 14 you can still compete in pony classes if competing is something you want to do so I would also say 14.2 and under :)
