I sometimes video when schooling because I find it helpful to be able to see from the ground (in a way) how it's going. Normally end up sticking the camera on a fence, barrel or anything the right height! Doesn't have the benefits of being able to follow the horse but does the job.
Depends who you ask but I asbsoloutely hated riding in it. Wasn't impressed with it at all. Local saddler won't stock it, actually, as he thinks it's so awful!
I always look at it as depending on the circumstances.
For instance had the only one of mine sold that failed a vetting not been bought anyway, I wouldn't have told any potential people that it had as what came up at the vetting was all rubbish.

I found it made the horse I used it for very relaxed and extremely laid back to handle and on the ground, but didn't make a change to ridden nervousness.
Know exactly how it feels...times two!

How much would you expect to pay for a green (not sure colour has much relevance to price!) 3yo Ifor Williams 505, w/matting throughout. Not used that much, still in great condition. Regularly serviced.

Not very competitive unless there's a very good reason to be, and in that case I will be quietly confident. Don't get nervous about competing as I love it, just about my own ability. Analyse everything..probably over analyse really.
The mare I had used to fizz up very easily (couldn't have any cool mix, nor pasture mix for example).
Obviously depends on the individual, but after trying different feeds I had her on Staypower Muesli when she was competing. She did very well on it and didn't fizz up at all.
It was rather quiet which I guessed was because of Bicton. There were only two other competitors there at five to nine. Only just over 20 people in the BN I think.
