It’s £5 cheaper there so not really. I’m not expecting top service. I’m expecting for the item I ordered to be in stock and delivered - surely that’s basic customer service?
What are peoples opinions on this company?
I feel like I am getting the run around regarding something I ordered.
I ordered it in a particular size - too big. I requested an exchange for smaller size. Was told it was sold out and I received a refund.
Had a look online on Sunday and...
It’s actually really popular! It’s a nice sentiment. My OH has ordered me a ring for Christmas with the milk I’ve used to feed my son - it doesn’t look like milk but I love it has a hidden meaning and special link to my child.
Seems very odd that it's all come to a head, you've come online and ranted about it, and then all of a sudden the mare is dead, and discovered st a time of day that isn't particularly normal to check a horse, unless they were unwell. Which also suggests the owners cared enough to either check...
I'm just over the border of N Wales, in Chester. We are relocating there at the end of the year as it's just so much cheaper. I can't say anything in Welsh, pronounce anything in Welsh, and the A55 is a true nightmare but it's a beautiful place to live and very horsey.
I used to ask my farrier every visit if my boy's feet were okay and if he needed shoes. An open opportunity if there ever was one, but farrier remained positive he could stay barefoot.
I was once on a barefoot FB group and people swore farriers were the devil that would shoe at any given...
It probably didn't work because it's inaccurate and ignorant.
I agree with suggestions of putting information up on laminitis, along with moving horse as far away from gates/pathways as possible.
And her eyebrows are highly irritating. They look like motorbike handles. I can't take her seriously (even if I valued her opinion) because they distract me so much.
At my old yard, you couldn't lunge in the bigger, outdoor arena but could in the grass jumping paddock or smaller indoor.
You also couldn't book the arena unless you had a lesson/professional coming out, which worked really well. No one took the mick and if I wanted to use the arena whilst...
Because, surprisingly, ponies are not predetermined to be suitable for children!
I broke my 13.3hh in myself, and he was therefore accustomed to adult cues and used to the longer leg length etc. Children did ride him but he much preferred adults. I used to have a teenager jump him which he did...
I've heard nothing good from Village Saddlery. It may have changed more recently as I've been out the saddle for 2 years now.
Vaughan at The Saddlery was very good with my pony, he's based N Wales way but does travel.
