Most of my rugs are Masta and they have always served my horses well.

This is why I am loathe to turn my field over even though it really needs it but I would never forgive myself if my horses contracted grass sickness - I would always wonder what if I hadn't done that.....

I have a pair of Aqua Cats. They are warm and waterproof. Made from a beatheable, waterproofed leather. I have had them many, many years and I don't see them for sale any more but I'm going to have to investigate that in the near future as the dog has chewed the top of one of them.

If everyone had this attitude nothing anywhere would get done. People have to be made aware of what is going on and a forum is one of the ways to do it.

My cob is unclipped and just has a lightweight rug on in the wet weather. The only time I'll rug him up indoors if it drops below zero for several days and the forecast is for the same and when the east wind blow into his stable in winter.

Agree! I have my own place and there are many more pros than cons but it does get lonely at times especially when you want to share something with someone equally equine minded.
