Are you a BHS member? if so ring them for advise. Do you have a loan contract with the laonee stating who is responsible for what? If you do not then I think you may be liable for the debt as the horse owner.

Move the horse ,definately. It is only 5 mins away and being with a relative the horse is still "at home" so to speak. Much better for Paris and for you too.

If you go to an endurance event you will see the competitors trotting fast on the roads for miles and miles. Also cantering. The horses are vetted before and after the event.
