Sorry, but you are wrong, the vet, told me she was almost 100% sure they were there prior to me getting the horse and her belief were that they were transferable by mare rather than hereditary. I take her word oevr some numpty on this web site anyday!

Never heard of tack coming with a horse unless its stated, strange they thought it all comes together, perhaps they think tack was handed to the breeder out of the mares backside when it was born!! LOL!:D
