All we know about ours is that he was an adult cat when he turned up 20 years ago. He's pretty deaf and no longer grooms himself but otherwise looks grimly determined to carry on.

In my experience, people just do what the ******* they want. They think farms are just big playgrounds and that all animals are in a petting zoo. Very frustrating and there's nothing you can do!
I think I'm going to wait for the results of the research currently being carried out as to whether raised testosterone really does give much of an advantage before I rush to judge.

The only thing that concerns me about paying a lot for a happy hacker is that often they are that way through competent riding and regular schooling. Would they remain that way with a less able rider?
I do disagree- the horses look like they're enjoying cooling off and having a snooze.
In any case it's just a snapshot of these horses' lives. Bit harsh to judge them without knowing more about their circumstances.
