Yes! Half round ones are good too for ones that don’t roll when kicked, but they’re not as tall when laying on the ground

I’ve got a pair of Morettas (not the same style), and they’ve been going for a few years and still look/feel great. I do however only wear them for riding - put them on before I tack up and off again when putting tack away.

Worth trying out the newer style body protectors. They have gotten a lot better recently and are far more comfortable than they used to be! I’m a big fan of RaceSafe but I think the champion titanium ones look good too.
