Mine has got to be

'BAREFOOT TRIMMING'

does my nut, now don't get me wrong, if you want to have you horses feet pair without shoes then fair enough.. but its not really barefoot trimming is it? its just trimming.

Any terms which do your nuts?

'to die for' on adverts (not just for horses I know) - such as 'a canter to die for'

What a flipping stupid thing to say

You'll hate me then. I am just sat here eating a chocolate cake which I thought "was to die for"

Yes - I really hate the use of 'it' like some of the other posters. 'IT' is a leaving, breathing creature with a personality and a name. 'IT' may play up occasionally but it also puts up with you being late to feed or bring in now and again and your riding 'off days'.

Oh and also

"This horse could go all the way."

All the way where?

San Antonio?

Amarillo?

Banbury Cross?

Back to his stable?

"Stunning"

This has to be the most commonly used word in adverts, rather repetitive and lacking any impact anymore and, having seen the horses that the advert is connected to, incorrectly used.

'Manners to Burn' and a lot of the comments that JLC was saying in her Olympic dressage commentary - hardly likely to inspire converts to dressage or educate them as to what was going on!

'Mother's Dream' (Jude Law? Sean Connery? Depends on your mother, surely?)
'Potential' (aged 10 ....)
'Would Affiliate' (well affiliate then)
But my favourite today is the one to the right on this very page with 'phenominal' bloodlines.
If you can't spell it, choose another word!!!

Herd Bound - the horse naps, it is taking the mickey, it has you under the thumb - don't dress it up in horsie pyscho babble.

Actually, if you want me to really cut the cr*p -

'Natural Horsemanship'

As opposed to? What are the rest of us cyborgs or something?
I honestly, honestly dread to even consider what 'Unnatural Horsemanship' might mean.

Another vote for 'Has potential/scope to go far' far in comparison by whos standards?
Far to me could be jumping over a 2ft jump, to someone else a 4ft xc course!
