I hope there are lots of big screens and not just one! Good old BBC iplayer to the rescue if notSo this is how Badminton is squeezing the coronation in on the Saturday. I'm relieved to hear that it's only the dressage that will be paused, everything else inc shops and food outlets will remain open.
Coronation Day
On Saturday 6th May the first section of dressage will start at 8am, ending at 10.15am to break for the Coronation of King Charles lll and The Queen Consort.
The Coronation will be shown on all the big screens, the shopping village will remain open and all food and drink concessions will continue to serve.
Dressage will resume at 12.45pm but for those wishing to continue watching the Coronation this will remain to be shown on the big screens located around the event with the dressage being shown on the big screen by the Pig & Whistle.
