Some major discrepancies on some of the marks so far, 5 to 8? Is that common? I know they are seeing different views but seems a lot.

The app worked last night on my not so new smart TV with firestick attached or you can HDMI cable from laptop to tv for anyone having any issues :)

Someone’s scheduled me meetings all afternoon so there goes my plan of multitasking. It’s Friday ffs 🤦🏻‍♀️

Mines working! Have you clicked play in the corner? Took me longer than i'm willing to admit to spot it!

Thanks, have managed to get it now, it’s not that easy to find out how to get it to play when you are a technophobe!!!! I signed out of my phone and the laptop then signed in to the laptop and am now catching up with those I missed , and as a bonus I’ve got it on my tv screen 😀

Apparently my badminton TV sub rolled over automatically so I don't have to um and ah over renewing it. Handy!! 😂 Have a half day today for pony getting her flu booster so that's also worked out nicely! Dressage catchup and a few glasses of wine this evening.

If I can get it working on the phone I can watch with pony in the field, see if she catches any inspiration.

A day late to the party, but anyone else think the trot up has become more of a fashion cat walk. I’m not a fluffy bunny type, but what’s happened to health and safety, especially after the trot up incident at Addington International. The footwear and flowing coats/ dresses were not at all suitable for handling fit event horses, whom we all know can be unpredictable.

Yes and I hate it.
A lot of them look absolute states.
Probably this opinion is just even more proof I am rapidly achieving miserable old git status though

Fully agree about the utterly impractical and rather unsafe attire worn by some of the competitors at the trot up.

OH pointed out today on our course walk that, as yet, there were no signs of any XC video cameras or camera operators 🤔. Previously on day 1 of dressage there has always been a lot of activity setting up overhead gantries and finalising positions. Today - nothing.

Odd.

Another one wondering when someone will break the mould and do a 5* trot up with a hat on... and I mean a proper hat.

Also noticed this re Monday's sj:

Watch Live: our online livestreaming service will show the live action during each phase of Badminton Horse Trials except for the top 10 show jumping which will be broadcast (free to air) on BBC 2 and the BBC website iPlayer for viewers in the UK. International subscribers will be able to watch the top 10 live on Badminton TV.

I really hope they show at least some of the xc 🤞 surely that's what most people tune in for, not just the showjumping? 🤔

It'll probably be 6mins dressage, mainly xc highlights of the worst bits, and then top ten sj, if last year was anything to go by

Let's hope so...if that terrible accident at Addington was anything to go by!!

Some top rider will do it one day then they'll all copy...like when Charlotte DuJardin wore a proper helmet at the Olympics and everyone ditched their silly top hats!

Is anyone else struggling to get onto the livestream this morning? I know I can watch it back later but wanted to see Tom's test live!

I'm gutted for some of my barn friends who have gone all the way to the UK for badminton, in the rain!
