I want Austin to win. He is a wonderful xc rider. Always been a bit lousy in the dressage.

Bill now has to finish badminton xc wearing what is, sort of, like a mini compressive sumo suit!!!!

We were walking the XC course keeping pace with Bill Levett as he walked it with his measuring wheel. Looking a rather uncomfortable round .

Phew. Bill's horse finally called it a day and rider did agree. A fall looked to be on the cards but averted.

Pretty inevitable. Horse was losing confidence jump after jump. I’m glad horse just said no. Rather than came down.

That was a class round and I really think others are going to struggle to challenge him. Still 30 seconds faster than everything else and made it look easy peasy.

Good to hear Harry say Tenareze was withdrawn because he's a young horse and can lose his head so they felt the way this course was riding, it wasn't the right challenge for him and wouldn't give him a good experience.
