Badminton 2025

I have neither a CMH account or paid for Badminton TV but I still managed to watch the trot up, no idea why. I'm going to try again tomorrow to see if it is still working.

Well I've just come back in and tried again, and I can watch the trot up no problem, I'm also able to access all archived Badminton footage, so apparently I just cant watch anything live, ridiculous!

Apparently CMH have emailed an apology acknowledging the fault and their intention to have it fixed for tomorrow

Well white jeans with F&F boots seem to be out this year to be replaced with flowing pastel skirts and trainers!

I've just seen a post with a few photos of some of the British entries during the trot up... Since when did the trot up become something of a fashion parade?! Loose long hair, skirts, pointy shoes, jewellery, coloured sunglasses...

I think I'm getting old and grumpy - for me, anything done with or around horses should see the people in practical attire! Some were wearing that, but others... Not so much!

Yup, same for me, so annoying. Badminton tv worked perfectly, such a shame they moved to cmh, I just hope Burghley doesnt move too.

My thoughts exactly….although to be fair, I was able to watch all the first horse inspection without a hitch…

I had no issues with the trot up - used the app on my tv, left it on the countdown so it started automatically, and worked perfectly all the way through

Defending champion withdrawn this morning as not quite right. Gutted for Caroline as Cav is such a fabulous mare but not worth taking the chance. She also has High Time running.

Massive well done @LEC - I saw most of the 100 course yesterday while I was walking the 5* and there were some really technical questions all the way round. How cool to get to Badminton and do a FOD! Hope you've got a suitable sized hangover today!!!

CMH seems to be working ok today - watching the dressage today and judges definitely aren't giving marks away. Chilli Knight is adorable though and I love how much he tries hard despite not being the most loose or flashy on the flat.
