Badminton 2025

You could literally see at the end of CrossCountry how many were unsound.

Even watering the ground hadn’t stopped the hard ground having an effect.

Anyway I walked the cross country yesterday and my phone says I did 25,500 steps. Bit disappointed tbh. 🤣🤣

So every other streaming service works perfectly, including Youtube, Disney, Netflix and Amazon, all being streamed at the same time... And CMH was buffering and jittery even when it was the only one being streamed?

When it was tested on two different wireless connections? And a wired one?

And I tried different browsers, different devices, cleared my caches and history?

It most certainly was not my connection.

Out of interest, was this when you were watching live, or on catch-up?
 
CMH working perfectly again this morning, as it has from the very first moment, I do wonder if people’s internet/broadband are/is responsible for the trouble people are having…
I do live in a very rural area of Northern Ireland but extremely lucky to have suberb broadband…
 
I found CMH terrible when I had it streaming via HDMI from my laptop. When I cast it from my phone, it was fine.

Tbf to CMH, you are comparing chalk and cheese in terms of investment into the streaming service itself.

If I watch CMH via a browser, it’s nowhere near as good as watching via the Firestick app. It might be a CMH issue, it might not be - neither Firefox or Safari are ever as good as direct apps in my experience, and the smaller the provider the worse it is. Then if you’re screen sharing you’re relying on another connection, either wireless or HMDI, both of which can reduce quality further.

I'd like to see Gemma win, Ros doing Badminton 23, Burghley 24, and Bad again in 25 would be crazy but I'm all for an underdog!
 
I'd really love Ros & Walter to take it this year.

Lot of riders having trouble with that first fence so far.
 
The first fence is causing huge problems - it seems like more horses have knocked it down than cleared it so far - although I can't find any SJ fence analysis to confirm that....
