Company refusing to give a refund....advice please

have ordered Equirubber after dealing with Andrea at mirrors for training for a number of years on equestrian projects and had many Arena Mirrors from her company and her team are always brilliant to deal with - we now have ordered equirubber top up again having also had this surface a few years ago and it was delivered within 2 weeks - I know they have had problems with haulage towards the end of 2021 but all problems have now been resolved - Andrea always very helpful

You see this with company sock puppet accounts all the time and it irritates me how these companies think so little of people that they think no one will notice.

It's very silly.

I have met and dealt with Andrea and Mirrors For Training, and found her OK, but posting blatant false recommendations like the above post is underestimating HHO for starters.

Not impressed, you are making yourselves (MfT/Equirubber) look dodgy.

Exactly. I am still hoping to get some mirrors for my birthday so when I saw this pop up, couldn't resist having a nosey. If I had seen a few genuine recommendations, they might have come off my blacklist. But something like this - nope, they can stay on the blacklist.

It always makes me chuckle when they reignite old threads. It’s just keeping the negativity fresh in peoples minds, not cancelling it as they hope it will.
