Did you know.... one for the AAD regulars....

whenever i read the threads in AAD i feel bullied into getting a greyhound too.
But then if i could id have more than two? :D and my sofa would be big enough for 2!

There is another view to this that your all missing..you all own dogs? you like them to behave a certain way? you communicate in certain ways?
what if...your spending your time been alpha bitch in your home then you come on the forums and your sensible firm, approach is mistaken for aggression?
I like this part of the forum-there is always someone who has knowledge and along with learning different things there is also a place for jokey comments.
The AAD seems to be a place for honest remarks, plain speaking and from what ive read not fluffy bunnys? maybe thats their issue? not yours?

I like your theory:D

Now all of you - OFF the sofa!:p

The acquisition of greyhounds does, rather alarmingly, appears to be a recurring theme on this thread

Perhaps I had better stop mentioning them :o

Well as a newbie I can honestly say you all are a bunch of wicked, hateful bullies.

I don't want honest, constructive help with my doggy problems you fools! I want you to tell me how awesome I am and reassure me that nothing is my fault.

Pfffft. Lern teh rulez of teh interwebz ppls!

I must admit that Amy normally gets jettisoned across the room when she tries that one.... I am a bad owner :o

Baddly trained that one, where on earth did you get it from!? ;)
I must admit if mine ever tried it they would get similar! Lucky for them they havnt!

Yes, Henry tried that one on - once! I don't think he expected to be removed quite so firmly as he was:o

I actually think MR has put her finger on it here:o

*Runs out of the room shouting at someone at the back door, waits for you all to pass at full pelt shouting louder and heading for the back door. Turns round, walks back into the room and settles down on the now empty sofa looking smug* :D

Can you guess which friggin smart arses best trick this is?! :p :D

Once again the perfect death stare demonstrated by a cat. Spangles take note :D

Im sure there should be warnings on these pictures that people post??? thats waay scarey and may frighten those of delicate sensibilities!! ;)

True though cat beats dog in any death stare..any dog any cat..cat wins:cool:

Oh dear - I am sorry to cast astertions on your fun thread - but to go back to the original OP - I am not surprised!!

Some of you do come down hammer and tongs on people who dare to breed outside of KC rules. It seems to be a mindset on here that the KC must be followed like a faith.

An awful lot of you fail to understand the working dog world where most of us couldn't give a stuff about the KC. Bring on all those Springadors, Sprockers and Labradoodles because a lot of them make excellent working dogs and have fantastic homes.

A good allrounder dog with have a good happy home.

I don't give a damn whether you have bred your dog to the best show dog on the circuit it won't guarantee a good home. And to add, an awful lot of the working dogs round here don't want field trial winners in their pedigree - they want dogs who can think for themselves!

Open your minds there are a lot of diversities to dogs
