I will be standing by your side virtually. It’s a hard decision but the right one. Be gentle to self xx
Now I’m having bit of a panic about my other horse.
I have two tiny ponies but the routine is the two big ones get turned out while I work a few hours and the ponies stay in. Then I get the two
Into ride one and Jake stays on the yard with the ponies and hay. Then they all go out together.
I don’t think I’ll catch ponies at riding time and they don’t need that much grass.
So many stressful issues
I worry my other horse isn’t going to like just two tinies
If he doesn’t I do have an ex racehorse that’s retired and a companion at my friends, I’d feel awful as she adores him but I can get him home in theory. I’d kind of like him back really but he’s happy and friend and her horse are very happy with the arrangement so will hopefully make doSorry you're having a week of dread, but pony will likely adore being spoiled rotten and I hope you have some good times with him. My horse adores tiny ponies, and am sure the HHO hive mind can come up with some solutions for you if your other horse doesn't. You have some time to figure it out.
I don’t know. I’d like to for the others sake but it’s like I’m letting him know. You're juggling so many balls to keep everyone as happy as they can be in this situation - I hope you don't forget yourself in all of this.
Is there any way you can start to introduce some small changes in your routine now so that it is not such a big change for the others afterwards?
You're not - you're just responding to your own brain that knows what's coming. He knows nothing about any of this and if you can make a few changes while still keeping him happy, then life will be easier for both you and the others afterwards.I’d like to for the others sake but it’s like I’m letting him know.
