Signed. We have almost exactly the same happening with a lane by us. The people are basically land grabbing it as it’s not registered.

We’ve run a similar campaign, currently trying to get it registered as a bridleway. It’s taken a few years so far.

Maybe the petition itself should be updated to indicate that it's been won. It's brilliant that you have done so and will hopefully encourage others to fight for access routes to be maintained if they can see some have been successful
