We have answered your question. No calmer will effectively work. If you think so little of us and so much of your trainee vet friend, as you have said, they why don't you ask them which calmer to use anyway?
What does it matter what we all say you are not listening anyway you just listen to your "vet" friend and put him on ACP's after all you knows best so why bother asking a bunch of "numptys".
Maybe we're all on the wrong track? Mabe everytime he gets his "equipment" out yuo should hit it with a orange stick and shout "NO!" very firmly.
This will in turn so traumatise him that he'll never want to use his bits again?

Oh great idea .... Or maybe a flick with your finger ?
Maybe have a chat with "it" too whilst you are lowered enough to flick it .
Well my arab mare had a colt break into the field must of been between 1-2 and the vet has confirmed shes in foal so shes due in aug!!!!!!!!!!!!! just because he hasnt got them pregnant yet doesnt mean he wont!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have read the first 4 or 5 posts, so sorry if it has already been said.
If you wish to keep him at livery, he needs to be gelded. NOW. Other owners do not want YOUR horse making theirs pregnant and bothering them. Who can blame them.
If you want to breed from him then find somewhere where stallions are taken and where he won't be with mares.
Don't be so selfish. I understand it might be frustrating for you; but the other liveries have a right not to expect YOUR horse to bother theirs.
If you think a calmer is going to stop him wanting to impregnant everything in sight, and will make him a dream to handle, then I would question your sanity! Just to give you an idea: my GELDED 18 year old has very little reaction to any calmer I have tried with him.
