He has gone to Three Counties Equine Hospital, it is not far from the track and they have state of the art kit and fabulous vets.

All depends on what the owners will want to do if he can be saved. Do the Donnelly's retire their horses or sell them on ?

I know a few people with ex-Donnelly horses. They would definitely be very good at seeing they go to the right home.

Funnily enough Asterion Forlonge, who was one of theirs, also broke his pelvis at Cheltenham, whilst running in the Gold Cup. He returned to the track at the top level. He just retired this season aged 11.
