Personally I don’t think so. The problem is we aren’t seeing the world class horses for these lower rankings.

There are minimum qualifications they need to obtain, but they generally get them at courses that possibly wouldn’t quite compare to Western Europe/US.
All world regions have their own qualification route which guarantees lower nations get representation
