I don't like the commentator saying they don't need to be pretty just get round. The not being pretty is banging around on the horses back and yanking on its mouth. Grr

My mum, dad and gran are all shouting and wincing at the TV, none of them are horsey at all!

I agree that they should be marked on style as well because they might not kick, yank, flap about so much!

Commented on this on the other thread. Commentators should be explaining that the horse having its molars removed over every jump might just be the reason she was racking up faults. They sounded too concerned at not upsetting the rider with criticism, and that girl should learn to ride if she is going to compete!
