My advice would be, to try her in a Dr Cook (type) bitless bridle, just to satisfy yourself that the problem is/or is not, in the mouth. If she improves with the evasion in the mouth, keep using the bitless, to try and work on the evasion of over collection and not listening to your leg aids...

What position was his head in when he fought the dentist? My guess is that he could have done something to his neck whilst fighting the dentist? I always have mine sedated for the dentist as they can do such damage putting up a fight with their mouths held open. It sounds like she is doing...

I did have an issue with Hey Farm and slow delivery of wormers once, but that was a while ago and I did phone (Paul) and he was so apologetic and explained the reason for delay (can't remember reason now) and I did get my wormers. I bought a Rambo rug from him earlier this year with no probs...

Agree with Louby, this horse needs nerve-blocking. My horse did exactly this and I had her nerve blocked, turned out to be navicular :( It definitely needs more investigation.
