Glad I'm not the only fraggled female in the world, 4 horses on totally DIY no electric, running water etc, 3 dogs, fish, chickens , ducks, sheep ( don't forget the tortoise..) full time shift work, Elderly Mum with serious dementia ( not that there is a frivolous type! ) OH, luckily horsey too...
I didn't know what these were, after visiting the site, I do have to ask why? I'm not being rude or snotty, but why would anyone want to " tattoo" a horse/ pony? Just curious...
We ve had 3 taken so far, cought men in the process of climbing in to the field following the wire once, cheeky B.......ds just gave me a hard time ( verbally ) and left when I wouldn't go away. Ours are now chained and hidden so you would have to smash them to move. Sad when you have to go to...
I was bitterly disappointed this morning ( about 0830) after approaching from behind a horse which was " weaving" on the road to see the young lady riding the chestnut horse on the main road approaching a busy roundabout, head down, reins looped, busily texting away! Why oh Why, what can be sooo...

You may or not remember I posted about the covering of my mare by a loose horse last year. Vet came in May, she was believed to be in foal. Although not overly pleased at the time ( to say the least) we got on with it and have been preparing and waiting, to the point I'd even chosen names.

Keeping this one away from my OH, I can assure you he is not gay, but does ride horses, wears breeches and long boots, and in my biased opinion looks quite good in them. He was a Sergeant Major in the Infantry so I'll let anyone who thinks he is partaking in a gay activity tell him, I won't:)
Sorry, never tried for that, but swear by them for swelling etc. I suppose it would make sense if they do increase blood flow it should aid healing. I'd be intersted to know as I have a TB who is prone to fever outbreaks. Sorry I'm not much use...
Just been to my hairdresser for my silver stripe covering, talking about this thread, a client of hers has used horse " hair products" for years, she has never even been near a horse but swears by them to tame her unruly locks :)
Mine stayed in on Tuesday, only because the yard was so iced over that the dogs fell over when we went round! Other than obvious danger like that they are out every day come hail rain or shine! Field was frozen, is an absolute quagmire now but they still go out , roll ( arghhhh) then tend to...
