I work in a equine shop, tbh you shouldn't have much issue with that getting sorted. I so wish I could deal with a genuine problem, I'm sick off people bringing back fly rugs which are ripped to pieces wanting their money back cause the rug is faulty. I just can't believe people actually do it...
I normally bring in for about 2 months if that, Jan/Feb they come in over night unless it's very frozen then they stay out. I prefer them out and so do they
What a lady has done at our yard which works well for her Shetlands, is buy a loop sheep hurdle, it fits in our door ways perfect and secured on tie rings on the wall and clips. It's really nice for the Shetlands to see out and watch.

What hassle, and hassle you don't need. Can't see they have a leg to stand on, trying it on so tell them to ****** off. As others have said get vet to write a letter saying they were made aware off bucking problem prior to buying. Oh the joys off selling.
In my view, if you loan a horse you cover full costs while in your care, think the owner was nice to put £200 forward to pts, you should cover that in my mind.
Tbh I feel it's a bit silly having a loan horse not insured, if it's your horse it's up to you but say horse needed expensive...
