That is so sad and at 77 she might not be able to have another dog. Two lives effectively destroyed because people can't control their dogs.

So sad that poor little dog and owner , I’m very conscious that I am 78 and a lot weaker than I was 10 years ago and I’m extra cautious if I see big dogs but this poor women did the right thing by crossing the road and still got injured and lost her little dog

Those dogs were housed in kennels since February LAST YEAR.

It is so horribly unfair to them. They should have been PTS immediately.

'Rescued' at 7 months, placed with a family who have done no training and now is a 10 month old adolescent, that already dislikes other dogs.

Plenty of characteristics to be considered a bull type but what characteristics make you think XL bully specifically?

Difficult to judge confirmation from that photo but, as far as I can see, her muzzle’s a bit long and she doesn’t seem blocky enough - she definitely doesn’t have a chest wider than it is deep. And, above all else, there’s no way she’s tall enough to meet the requirement.

Agree that she‘s no lurcher, and she might become more of type as she develops, but at this point in time she doesn’t look like an XL bully to me.

This is apparently the dog, which is believed to be an XL. It’s to be PTS anyway.



If I came across a dog in public with that enormous head and those small piggy eyes I’d be giving it as much clearance as I could, even if it didn’t measure up to height to be technically an XL.
