Carries on creakily
Whilst no one has said anything directly to me, I do think that I am perceived as being somewhat overly cautious and wimpy for not braving waiting the reception area at the vets with the cat in her travel cage.
She’s used to dogs, but no cat is going to want a strange dog bouncing over her in a cage. There is a cat waiting area, but it’s just a corner of a much larger waiting area. I reckon that I’m being responsible and not wimpy by leaving her in the car until we’re called.
Though as I have posted before, recently we both nearly got taken out from behind as I carried her across the car park in her travel cage after we were called in. A large dog which was supposed to e secure in the car in its travel cage burst out (owner had left the car tailgate open ) and hurled itself at us. Just as well that I’m tall and have eyes in my @rse.
