Oo this is very interesting as this was being considered for Josie. Can I ask what made you decide this was the best option for your mare? also if it's not oo cheeky how much does it all cost? thankies xx
Yep still producing milk for some strange reason. She has no contact or attatchment with D anymore, if he does call from his paddock she'll comletely ignore him.
She goes out with 1 gelding in the morning, my best friends horse. She's always loved him and isn't all over him, infact as long as...
You see thats the odd thing. She's fab to catch, she'll happily leave the geldings behind. She really is loving free schooling which I've started with her this week as her saddle went a bit off. She's caught on really quick.
It's just her ridden work and she's spooking more when hacking, like...
Yep H+J here too. They are fantstic, and I know they will get back too.
Yes this is what I was worrying about, with only knowing her pregnant. Although Denver has ben off her nearly 6 months now, so was hoping she was just 'Josie' x
Right something has to be done!
Josie has been getting really nasty the past few weeks. Have had teeth, back and now saddle done. Saddle didn't fit, but today she was really bad just brushing her.
She is STILL bagging up over night, she has had 1 season and was actually not that bad during it...
Yay what a strong brave little chap he is. Weldone to hannah for keeping so calm too. Josie would have gone off her rocker!!!!
So glad it's all turned out well xxx
ps, we must be due more piccies eh?
Wow! Weldone you. I know what it's like having that mental thing of 'can I? Cant I?' when you know deep down you'll be great!
Have a fab time and ENJOY!!! I'll be waiting for the 'I had the amazing day' post xxxx
Aw bless his little cottons. Denver says he's not letting his go for the world and Hector should have held on tighter!!!!
Loads of hugs and kisses for the gorgeous fella xxxx
Having had this 'situation' forced upon me ( i bought Josie unknowingly in foal!), could I just add my 2 pennyworth here?
I was overjoyed if a little shocked when I found out J was in foal. But it all went horribly wrong and stressful very quickly. Josie developed placentitus and if it weren't...
