If I was interested I would take a decent instructor plus vet and ask their opinion. He is very young and immature and has had, admittedly, probably a small amount of harsh and incorrect riding.I know from personal experience how damaging that can be.His is only a small amount and it COULD be that correct exercise and schooling could correct that. You do need though a really old fashioned correct rider.I have just watched the Buster video and can see what you more knowledgeable spotted, and once seen, it seems so obvious! I do learn lots on this forum.
I can really appreciate that someone looking for a "performance" horse to ride wouldn't want to spend their money on something that can be seen to have an issue now, but Buster looks like such a kind horse, I would love someone to take a punt and leave him to mature and see what happens. The people at fault here are the ones trying to sell him and hoping to get away with it!
