Well team let’s hope it’s third time lucky on the vetting.

This photo was on his coggins certificate, I cropped to show his neck because I’m hopeful maybe it’ll be longer than it looks in other photos, based on this one.

He needs to grow into his head lol!

I know I’m the same! I hope he passes as I can’t wait to see what he actually looks like in real life lol.

I’ve got some more photos of him from the coggins cert where his lip is all playful and cheeky. I think he could be quite the handful lol.

I do think when they are gelded a little late they keep an extra bit of something, like Bog.

He will not be turned out with Bog if he comes 🤣 They can share a fence. And he can socialize plenty with Helo over the low wooden fence bit separating the runs.

To me Bagel would suit a short, dumpy pony. Buzz or Basil (Baz?) is better.

I had, and lost (broke a leg standing up from colic surgery) a wonderful Basil. He was the cheekiest, best boy and is buried at my old yard in england. He sent me Bog <3 Gosh it still causes a lump in my throad even looking at these photos 8 years on. But he's all around my tack room in Colorado!

Another one who says look at me!

Want about Barney? You mentioned Brandy earlier- we had a right little sod of a pony called that. I always hated the name!

He's not a Buzz to me. I think that's because I see Buzz as a Cob or Haflinger name since I've met a few with that name. So I always see heavier types named Buzz.

I am not so creative with horse names though, I just generally keep the name that they come with. I've not had one too horrid, but I haven't "loved" any of them. Then again, what name would I love? I dunno 🤣

I did name a fizzy chestnut pony "Cheerio" once 😂

Dex is the first one I named and I tried names I had liked for a long time, Fergus, Dublin, Eogan and the like and I was pratting about one day and Dex just stuck.. I honestly think that sometimes they choose the name for you

I always wanted a haflinger called Heidi but Tali being Italian I didn’t think I could do Heidi. Fortunately she had a name I could shorten (Vinitali) because I don’t know if I’d trust myself naming a horse 😂
