If you do leave a deposit get a receipt and note any agreement on that ie subject to passing vetting. Obvioulsy if you get home and think you have made a mistake you won't get deposit back but if fails vetting you should. Good luck with your search!

Sounds to me like they have completely made up the ILPH response, I don't think the ILPH would use the phrase "shoot him" for a start. Also you would need to know what they told ILPH - I suppose if they said horse was unrideable and very dangerous could'nt be handled etc the ILPH may have said...

I had some extimates a couple of years ago. They were coming in at £20,000-£25,000. The most expensive where from firms that were highly recommended. I know people who they have built for and they say that menage never floods. That was for sand I know other surfaces eg rubber are more expensive...
