Should go up 5cms each jump off, and was fairly accurate at the 2nd round at brook farm today! Although apparently at onley it went up to 1.20/1.25?!
Not 100% on the final I'm afraid!!
I haven't changed any of mine over recently but that's what trainers have always told me when trying to get them to accept the contact. Other exercises I would say your usual transitions, lots of walking circles and then getting them going forward into your hand
I've jumped there, only a Foxhunter class. Was nice surface/running/warm up etc. when I went though it was little spooky down one side of the arena, I was told? But my mare was fine!
Courses were ok
Those who use shavings in these areas,
What brand do you use?
Where do you get it from?
How much per bale? (Do you need to order a big pallet for discount?, etc...)
THANK YOU in advance!!!
:D
When I say I provide full livery, I don't mean exercising as well, so I guess people all have different meanings to the words!
I do - full livery - everything except riding
schooling livery - everything and riding
competition livery - everything/riding and competing...
Everything you posted there sounds EXACTLY like my mare. I do a lot of exercises with her, stopping after the fence, shortening and lengthening the canter, and a lot of poles/jumps in a short space so she has to think quickly and not rush, etc...
I have her in a market harborough at the moment...
YO is clearly in the wrong. As stated before, it's business, you asked for your horse to be ridden by the YO, which didn't happen, which is not right. There isn't really any other opinion that can be justified.
